Tartufata is a ready-made meal with truffles made of white truffles, black truffles, champignons and olives which are washed, dried, milled and mixed in a characteristic mixture with extra virgin olive oil, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Method of preservation: the product is hermetically closed in a glass package and after that it is thermally processed by heating at high temperature for a certain amount of time.
Finally the product gets marked (with a label) and packaged.
