We started to produce charcoal in 1985 when the production took place in old kilns covered with dry grass and soil. In the early 90's we started to produce charcoal in the brick kilns of solid brick where the production process is the same as in soil kilns, except that it is not necessary to cover the kiln with soil during every cycle but the bricks have this function. Sole trade was founded in 1993 on the territory of Cerovlje and in the year 2000 we moved to Buzet (Sv. Donat). We are planning to start a modern production of charcoal with controlled production process without polluting the environment, which means without draining the pyrolysis gases in the environment.
