The company Gir d.o.o. is located in the village Paladini near Buzet. The long family tradition of the Karlićs has been passed over from one generation to another which finally resulted with the founding of the company Gir d.o.o. in 1994, a company which is highly dedicated to “truffle hunt”, purchase and sale of fresh and frozen truffles, as well as to processing and product placement on both local and foreign markets.
