The olive groves of the Flego family are located in the Northern Istria on three plots of land, on terraces of up to 400 meters above the sea level with a view to Motovun.

Since we planted our first olive tree in 2004 with a goal to revive the traditional trade of this territory – olive growing, until today we have planted an impressive 2500 trees of different olive types: istarska bjelica, buža, leccino, pendolino, rošinjola, ascolana, oblica, moraiolo, frantoio, pišolino and istarska crnica (Motovun origin).

The oils are storen in a stone cellar, in stainless steel containers, and they keep their colour for a long time, they have a pleasant fruity smell of olive trees as well as the taste. They go well with all dishes that we serve in our restaurant “Lovac” in the Hotel Lovac in Pazin.
