Charcoal – Karbun

We produce charcoal of highly caloric hard wood (oak, hornbeam, turkey oak, ash - fraxinus) growing on the hilly slopes of our region. That is the reason our charcoal is of high quality and highly caloric, which is confirmed by many of our customers, most of them are caterers and to them the quality of the product is very important. Charcoal is used for barbecues; dosage depends on the amount of meat or vegetables that you cook. The taste of food prepared on charcoal cannot not even be compared with food done on any other energy source.

Charcoal is packed in bags of 2.5 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg, and we sell it to end-customers, i.e. restaurants located along the Adriatic coast from Koper in the North, all the way to Korčula in the South.
